If you are Contributing to an Event, Individual Session, or a Course Payment:

• Select “Custom Amount”

• Enter “USD Payment Amount”

• Select “One-Time Payment”

• Select or Deselect “Support us by covering the fees we have to pay”.

• Select Button “Contribute”

At Check Out, Indicate How to Credit Your Payment:

• Event Name/Date

• Course Name

• Individual Session/Type of Session

• Course Name/Payment Number
