Lofty, earthy, wild, polished, sensual, powerful, unforgettable. You will be grounded, charged and full of bubbling energy. Each movement will be broken down. We will then synch them into choreography!
What to Bring
Beginners can opt for scarves that have soft fringe or tassels. Intermediate and advanced students may wish to wear coin or beaded scarves.
Hip Scarves are not required but provide a better framework for moving the hips in time and rhythm.
Please wear comfortable, breathable fabrics. Bring a yoga mat and water.
