Kali represents our desire to dissolve rage, sadness, and change it, charge it into energy of a grander design.

You know the thing about unchecked resentments and shame? It metastasizes. So my dear sisters. It hasn’t gone away. It simply waits to either surface with a vengeance or be welcomed to the party to be heard.

Swamp is a term used to step into our mystery. To move it, transmute it, and reinvent it as a new energy. This is old Magick. Good Magick.

I am going to take you on an incredible, transformative experience.

We are going to approve every part of ourselves. Healing releases the need to hurt another.  

Kali is our Primal Expression of this Healing Dance.

Here’s what you need for our Swamp

I want you to put on the darkest, most shadowy, mystical clothes that you can move in. They can be very simple. In fact, the simpler the better. You want to be able to move like an animal in them and remove them. Layers. You are going to sweat.

Feel free to express your radical darkness with make-up, face make-up, and theatrics. This is one of the most progressive, feminine Magick Spells on the Planet. It’s also the most supportive. There is nothing better than dancing with your shadows in a space of absolute support and safety.

You will need pillows, small or big, or a mix of both.

You will need a yoga mat.

If your knees are tender, please grab a pair of knee-pads.

Bring water.

Bring your heart and soul.

This can only go as deep as you let it.
