Every woman carries the places she was told to hide—anger, grief, hunger, desire.
In The Crone’s Alchemy, you are invited to meet those powers face-to-face and dance them home.
This guided ritual combines somatic movement, sound, and sacred witnessing inside a protected container.
Through three songs—Rage, Grief, and Erotic Rebirth—you will move what has been frozen in your body and transform it into raw vitality and sensual presence.
This is not performance. It is initiation.
The Journey
1 | Rage – Fire of the Crone
A primal track ignites your inner storm. You stomp, shout, strike pillows, crawl, and release the fury that has lived too long in silence.
Mantra: “My rage is sacred; my rage is power.”
2 | Grief – Waters of the Crone
A haunting melody carries the tears. You move as waves, letting sorrow cleanse and soften what anger exposed.
Mantra: “My grief washes me clean.”
3 | Erotic Rebirth – Flame Returns
Sensual rhythm. Slow, deliberate motion. The body reclaims its pleasure and sovereignty.
Mantra: “I am power. I am pleasure. I am whole.”
Safety & Holding
This ritual is guided by Phaedra Jade Star — Tantric Priestess, Embodiment Guide, Keeper of the Flame.
A personal coach or facilitator is required; this work is too potent to do alone.
Bring a mat and pillows. Wear black or anything that makes you feel edgy, powerful, or deliciously dark. Hydrate, ground, and allow integration time afterward.
After the Dance
When the movement is complete, we gather in quiet sharing.
Tea, breath, journaling, and gentle witnessing weave the experience back into the heart.
