This practice brings the Healing Sounds of Bowls, Chimes, Forks, and Crystals to help with clearing and alignment. You will sit, stand, speak, hum, move, express, and connect. They will also be used to bring the brainwaves to Theta, getting us deeper into consciousness. Awareness is a deliberate action taken to climb out of the illusion of powerlessness, confusion, and doubt.
Reiki Healing

When we are consistently exposed to stressful environments, it takes a toll on our body and psyche. Reiki is a revitalizing process that continues to work hours and weeks after your session. Reiki quiets the inner chatter and gives respite, while the networks of the body recalibrate.
In-Person and Online sessions are available. Reiki can be done at any distance with a photo and a name of the person. You can book sessions for others with their permission.
